Visualizing Your Civil 3D Corridor in Autodesk® Navisworks®
Traditionally, two-dimensional drawings and redlines were the primary means of collaborating on roadway and infrastructure projects with the design team and stakeholders. With AutoCAD® Civil 3D®, engineers can now generate dynamic three-dimensional models of their design. So, how can the model be reviewed and shared among the team while maintaining design integrity? Well, beyond DWFs and 3D DWFs, there is Autodesk Navisworks. In this presentation, Rebecca Ferguson of Ideate, Inc. will demonstrate how Civil 3D corridors can be quickly imported into Autodesk Navisworks for design review and visualization. Contractors and owners can now ‘see’ and comment on the project and potential construction issues before it is graded and built.
Who Should Attend Those who benefit from improved project coordination should attend this event – engineers, contractors and owners.
