LEEDing the Way
Revit, as the premier Building Information Management (BIM) software, is being utilized by architects and engineers to coordinate information for completion of LEED™ certification documentation. Join Ideate for a free presentation at the Gerding Theater at the Armory on April 7th. David Haynes, R.A. and LEED AP, will discuss the current programs and processes for assisting the design team in verifying the multitude of LEED-based information that Revit can provide.
We will also look at shared parameters, schedules, custom templates, and use of ancillary programs to quantify the information during the schematic and design development phases of the work. Additionally, we will investigate how the IPD team can work together to verify the LEED credits.
Who Should Attend Architects who are involved in LEED projects and the relationship between Revit and LEED certification. The presentation is the same content as was presented at 2008 Autodesk University.
