The Bumps, Bruises and Benefits of Coordination Using Revit Structure
At our July meeting, Humza Chowdhry, Digital Design Production Specialist, at Rutherford and Chekene will share his experience with using Revit Structure for internal coordination. Specifically how the tool can be best utilized to improve the interaction between Structural Engineers and BIM/CAD professionals will be discussed. A case study of a project done in Revit Structure will also be presented that will include details on how the program was used to address certain design and coordination issues.

About the Presenter
Humza Chowdhry holds a Master of Science in Structural Engineering and currently works for Rutherford & Chekene as a Digital Design Production Specialist. He has worked on a number of BIM projects using Revit Structure including hospitals, schools, libraries and home development. He is an active participant at and has been a speaker at Revit User Groups hosted by Ideate in the South Bay.
